Haryana Government issued a notification amending Haryana Panchayati Raj Rules, 1995. Certain provisions of the Rules are amended like: 1. In Rule 20, in first proviso of sub-rule (1), for the word and figure “Rs.500â€, the words “five thousand rupees†shall be substituted. 2. In rule 26, in sub-rule (2), after the sign, words and figure “sub-section (1)â€, the word “of†shall be inserted. 3. In rule 30, after the words and sign “Gram Panchayat,â€, the word and sign “Panchayat,†shall be omitted. 4. In Form-II, the words “Proceeding Bookâ€, existing at the start of this form shall be shifted below the sign and words “(see rule 12)â€. 5. In Form IV, for the words “Criminal Suitâ€, the words ‘Criminal Case’ shall be substituted. Please refer to the document attached for more information.
